Couldn't help but notice that the date on the tag line beside the photo was 2009. Does that mean that this occurred then?
Looking at the photo i presume that it does unless you were typing with your nose or toes!!
The wing commander will no doubt make a decision in due course however as it appears to be retrospective i wouldn't get your hopes up.

Took ten weeks for right and months of physio. Still dont have full movement in both my wrists. May 2009 accident - sep 2009 pedal for scotland, sore as f#*!
Surgeon told me after the operation i would never be back on a bike, wouldn't be able to pull the brakes properly.
