Firstly, as I havnt been on the Forum for a week it was with HUGE surprise I heard Stu had finally taken the Plunge and made a successful bid to join the squad Congratulations Mate

Secondly, Gareth is right you are a Lazy B. As you know I am regularly in need of Mechanical Assistance and find it difficult enough to get out on my bike and you have now given me an excuse not to get out for at least another month

Thirdly, Wullie is quite right. Trauma to the Scaphoid for some reason can cause all sorts of problems later on so take it easy with the recovery.

Fourthly, you will clearly not be sufficiently recovered to endure the gruelling tortuous two days that is the POC I would be happy to help you out by doing the 2nd day
